What You'll Do as: Processing Team Lead
- Verify correct ingredients and keep records up to date
- Monitor and train new operators
- Fill any department position either for breaks or full shifts
- Help fellow employees in other areas when needed
- Monitor and correct first out stock rotation as necessary
- Maintain clean work area
Work Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Leadership experience
- GMP Training
- Communication skills
- Basic math skills
