ABOUT THE ROLE As a Processing Yard Loader Operator, your day starts with a safety inspection on your equipment. Once the equipment is good to go, you coordinate with the team over the radio to keep materials moving smoothly. You'll help keep shredder bays clear, operate equipment to move metal, and feed fluff into the shredder to maximize production. When you're not moving material, you'll stay busy performing minor maintenance or assisting the team with housekeeping around the shredder.
