DescriptionLima One Capital has an exciting opportunity for a Processor II to join our mortgage operations team. This role will focus on administrative tasks that support the progression of mortgage loans from sales through closing. The Processor II must possess excellent communication skills and be detail oriented.Duties and Responsibilities:Process mortgage loan applications for various types of investment propertiesProcess and prepare mortgage loan files for approval and closingProvide excellent communication with both internal and external customersGather all required documents from customers and third partiesManage personal pipeline of loans and coordinate expectations/deadlines with customersManage approximately 25-35 loans in pipeline at any given time across both short term and long term products.
