Will be responsible for various duties relating to the processing of residential mortgage loans. This is a full-time, onsite position at one of Silverton's branches.
YOU COULD BE PAID:- Salary Base - $60,000-$70,000
- Monthly Variable Bonuses
Responsibilities and Duties- Verify and compile information for residential mortgage loans
- Calculate income, assets and liabilities
- Review loan applications for completeness, ensuring loan meets standards (type, amount, assets, etc.); reconcile against system input
- Gather required documentation from customers and third parties
- Communicate effectively with Mortgage Loan Originators and other staff as needed to obtain information to complete files
- Manage pipeline of 20-25 loans per month, purchases and refinances
- Follow Silverton's Policies and Procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with Silverton's values and philosophies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Experience- Minimum 3 years processing experience
- Proficient with DU and LP
- Familiar with FHA, VA, USDA and conventional products
Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Excellent time management; ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strategic Thinker
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
