Mission Contribution: Maximize profitability through world class customer service and efficiently processing quality items. Summary: Responsible for sorting of hardline goods into salable or salvage categories. Selection of salable goods must meet quality standards while maintaining quantity of hard lines inventory. Responsible for pricing of merchandise, stocking shelves, mark-downs, rotating and displaying merchandise. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally. Ability to perform basic math skills. Must be able to work independently. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, team members, customers, and donors.
