Hybrid Role - Salem, New Jersey

We are looking for dependable, dedicated employees to join our team as aTest Proctor. This is a part-time position, typically working between 20-25 hours a week, schedules can fluctuate from week to week. We are seeking candidates that are open to working any timeMonday-Fridaybetweenthe hours of8 AMto6:00 PM.There are occasional Saturdays scheduled as well, typically 1 per month.

The customer has various locations, this Proctor role will support the - Salem, New Jersey location.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer& monitor pre-employment testing for potential PSEG employees(full training will be provided)
• Occasionally attending local job fairs (travel time compensated)

Basic qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must clear a full background and drug test
• Experience with Microsoft Programs
• Experience speaking in front of small or large groups

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience working in a team or independently
• Project execution-making decisions as needed.
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previousjobs

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $45,760 - 52,000,this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.
