About the Role
We're looking for a talented and driven Procurement Analyst to join our growing team. You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact within the supply chain team across several brands in our portfolio. This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day procurement processes and being the face of our organization to our vendor base. This is a fast-paced, multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations while working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
You will
- Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to create and process purchase orders (POs)
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, tracking and updating orders from placement to receipt
- Update systems like Tableau regularly, and maintain daily/weekly communication through verbal and written updates
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including POs and contracts on Google Drive; organize and file documents for easy retrieval
- Manage vendor relationships through proactive communication (email, phone, off-hours as needed) to ensure adherence to KPIs, including quantity, quality, and cost metrics
- Work with the accounting team to ensure timely vendor payments
- Provide brand and customer experience (CX) product support, including product details, ingredients, dimensions, and capabilities
- Assist in process improvements and perform reconciliations to optimize vendor performance and maintain strong partnerships
- Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics
- Create and maintain tools to manage and track all overseas inbound products
- Assist in sourcing and development of componentry, accessories, and other products as needed
- Handle additional administrative responsibilities as required
You have
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a procurement role
- Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment

Work environment
- This role is required to be onsite at our Passaic, NJ warehouse 2-3 days a week
