A Facility Management client of Insight Global is seeking a Technical Procurement Associate to join their Procurement team and help support the day-to-day responsibilities within the Purchase to Pay platform. The Procurement Associate will be responsible for Purchase order reconciliations, assistingin minimal sourcing, P2P pricing and catalog management, handling daily invoice reconciliations, and supporting the overall tech migration from BuySmart to Coupa. This role requires being on-site three days a week (Tues-Thurs) in either Houston, Texas or Cleveland, Ohio and will have an hourly pay ranging from $31-37 an hour.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain or relevant work experience- 3+ years of experience with Purchase Order documentation, invoicing, reconciliations and PO management- 3+ years of Procurement/buyer experience- 3+ years of P2P platform experience (Buysmart and/or Coupa preferred) Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience with Oracle Cloud- Coupa or Buysmart P2P experience- Experience with service now ticketing systems- Fluent in Spanish Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
