Job Description:

The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator is a high-energy individual who will be very engaged in what they do and proud of the results and energy. This candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, be a team player, communicate effectively across multiple functions and continuously look for process improvements. We are looking for someone with superior leadership skills that wishes to grow within the organization.

Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials from preferred vendors based on lists obtained from maintenance supervisors and facilities manager
  • Maintain organized stock of inventory for commonly used materials
  • Receive incoming and inspect orders to ensure the count is correct and the materials are without damage
  • Keep an organized and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and external customers as needed
  • Update inventory daily and obtain lists from supervisors of materials needed
  • Coordinate production capabilities with materials on hand and ability to forecast future demand based on customer needs
  • Allocate supplies to areas assigned each day or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and assume other responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Skills:

Procurement & Inventory Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in purchasing/warehouse/inventory management roles
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to make quick decisions
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook is necessary
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
