We are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth execution and planning of various custom home projects through effective purchasing, scheduling, and logistics management. Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities • Communicate with team members clearly and effectively • Build, manage, and maintain vendor relations - managing quality service from vendors in order to deliver quality service to our customers • Communicate effectively with crews to validate that the correct amounts, types and quality of materials are delivered to job sites, • Track and manage all deliveries, and confirm scheduled deliveries ahead of time to limit mistakes • Schedule management - maintain complete oversight of schedule, keep crews on track, and project managers aware of future work • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes • Perform day-to-day process resolution including invoicing issues, supplier changes, and adds • Ensure customer needs are understood and addressed - always place customer needs first, maintain quality service, and deliver a first class customer experience • Investigate and correct issues associated with mismatched invoices; contracts, purchase orders, deliveries, shipping, expediting orders, quality, and receiving • Provide valuable feedback to leadership team Qualifications • At least 7 years experience in procurement and scheduling • College degree preferred • Proficiency in using Buildertrend, project management tools, and other relevant technology to streamline processes • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity and dedication to the role • Adept at organizing schedules, materials, and resources efficiently • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and readily adjust to changing situations • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to navigate diverse team dynamics effectively • Willingness to think creatively and outside the box to improve processes and solve problems. • Willingness to support colleagues in achieving team goals • A strong focus on providing excellent customer service to clients • Takes initiative to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when preparing packets for larger projects that require meticulous planning • Self-motivated and driven to excel in the role, contributing actively and enthusiastically to daily operations
