We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with a strong background in construction procurement and knowledge of civil engineering principles. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing materials, equipment, and service contracts to support construction projects. Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and their application in procurement.
