KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement Strategy:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient purchasing processes.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate and mitigate supply chain challenges.
Supplier Management:
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure competitive pricing.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to meet company and legal standards.
- Monitor and evaluate contract performance, addressing any disputes promptly.
- Ensure timely renewals or terminations of contracts.
Administrative Procurement:
- Oversee procurement of administrative essentials such as office supplies, IT equipment, and facilities services.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with finance to allocate budgets effectively and track expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management skills.
- Experience in the power sports industry is preferred.
