Company: Alliance Industries Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies that support manufacturing operations and business objectives. Source and evaluate suppliers for manufacturing equipment, components, and materials, ensuring high quality and competitive pricing. Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers. Monitor market trends, supply chain conditions, and raw material pricing to manage risks and capitalize on opportunities. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to ensure purchased materials and equipment meet technical and safety requirements. Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet production schedules. Optimize the procurement process to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier relationships. Develop and maintain a supplier performance evaluation system, ensuring continuous improvement. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, including cost analyses, supplier performance metrics, and risk assessments. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance in all purchasing activities.Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 4-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably with exposure to hydraulic, water, or vacuum systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and drive operational improvements.
