Adecco is seeking an experienced **Procurement Specialist** to join our clients team in Kansas City, KS.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Purchases-to-Payment (P2P) process for our Kansas City site. This critical role involves managing P2P transactions across multiple systems, including Coupa, SAP, and others. You will also provide training and support to team members, ensure accurate and timely payments, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualifications:**
+ T2 level qualification
+ Demonstrated SAP skills in Purchasing, Cost, or PE/WM
+ Experience and proficiency with systems such as Coupa, SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, RTCIS, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Excellent communication skills (both internal and external)
+ High standards for safety and quality
+ Continuous learning mindset
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Mastery of P2P transactions in Coupa, SAP, and related systems
+ Creation and maintenance of purchase orders
+ Training and coaching on Coupa and P2P systems
+ Ensuring accurate and on-time payment results
+ Compliance tracking, reporting, and investigations
+ Banking transaction compliance
+ Serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and Costa Rica for all P2P issues
+ Owning the Magics P2P toolkit
+ Developing and maintaining skills to support SNO team coverage and responsibilities (SAP PE/WM, RTCIS, T&W, Inventory controls)
+ Other duties as assigned
**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
