- Cleaning - maintain cleaning standards.
- Culling & Rotating - shrink management - ensures all product fresh and in code!
- Fast & Friendly Service - Engaging our customers with friendly service.
- Organization - Coolers/freezers/dry storage - products and supplies are put away in the correct location.
- Quality First - Must ensure that all product coming in from vendors meet all of our product standards.
- Stocking Freight - unloads, organizes, and rotates. All pallets are off the floor by 9 am. Carts used for stocking.
- Follow POG's & Merch Plans - Reads and understand all Plan-o-Grams (POGs) and Merchandising Plans for the week.
- Labeling and Packaging - properly uses the scales, department codes and packaging if required by department.
- Outgoing - Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer.
- Product Knowledge - knowledgeable about all of the products in the case and can comfortably make recommendations for customers.
- Strong & Fast - must be able to lift 80 lb. boxes, work freight, and set department by deadlines.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm with weekends & holidays.
- Must be 18+
