Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Video Producer, Brand with a strong background in pre-production, studio management, and on-set execution. This role is integral to developing and producing video content that aligns with and enhances our brand. You will lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept to final edit, ensuring that all visual assets meet our high standards for quality and brand consistency. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in studio operations, shooting, lighting, and post-production. SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE... Lead and manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, studio setup, shooting, lighting, and post-production. Oversee the development of video concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives, collaborating with the Creative Director and other stakeholders. Set up and manage the in-house video studio, including equipment maintenance, lighting design, and camera operation, ensuring a professional and efficient production environment. Direct and execute high-quality video shoots, including the setup of lighting, audio, and camera equipment to capture compelling visuals that support our brand narrative. Develop motion graphics and video assets that enhance brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all video content. Manage the post-production process, including editing, color correction, sound design, and incorporating graphics or animations, to deliver polished final products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video content into various marketing channels, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across platforms. Implement best practices for video production, including file organization, asset management, and quality control to streamline workflows and maintain high production standards. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve video production quality and efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video production team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE... Pre-Production & Studio Management: Extensive experience in pre-production planning, studio setup, and equipment management. Proven ability to lead complex video shoots with attention to detail in lighting, sound, and camera operation. Shooting & Filming: Strong hands-on skills in shooting and directing video content, with an eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling. Post-Production Proficiency: Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and post-production techniques, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. Brand & Visual Design: Deep understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to translate brand elements into compelling video content. Experience with creating brand assets for video and motion graphics. Technical Skills: Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, audio recording devices, and video editing software. Familiarity with codecs, file formats, and video compression standards. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-production through final delivery, while meeting deadlines. Creative Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders. Industry Awareness: Knowledge of current trends in video production, digital media, and content distribution. 5+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on brand and marketing content. Experience working in a B2B or tech environment is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video production work, including branded content, promotional videos, and motion graphics. Experience managing an in-house video studio or similar production environment. Familiarity with project management tools and processes to streamline production workflows. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pures policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. The annual base salary range is: $130,000 - $196,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
