Are you a dynamic and creative multimedia professional passionate about making an impact in the non-profit Christian sector? We are seeking an experienced Sr. Multimedia Producer to join our talented team at International Mission Board. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to produce compelling multimedia content that supports our mission of serving the world's greatest problem-lostness. Responsibilities: Establish multimedia content from the content produced by stakeholders in the Company as well as video and audio content produced specifically for particular projects. Distribute multiple forms of content produced in growing variety of channels. Create video, audio-only, and other content for both internal and public facing projects, including the companys social media channels, camp and seminary content, website content, as well as other channels, and various events, such as SBC. Provide audiovisual and media production support for all IMB Richmond locations. Receive and prioritize new requests from all office areas of IMB, including direct work with senior leaders and trustees, to ensure audio/video/media production needs are met Conducts training for contractors and staff in use of equipment and systems at various locations sharing knowledge of studio equipment and production systems up to date and clearly communicates available options to internal clients. Serves as front of house audio engineer for onsite and some off-site events. Assists the team in supporting audio/video/production systems and conference rooms at various locations. Provides high-level audio/video production support for out-of-town events like the Southern Baptist Convention, Sending Celebrations and trustee meetings. Supervises the work of other media contractors at larger events. Master operation of audio equipment, video cameras and studio lighting system for single and multi-camera productions for both recorded and live productions. Leads and directs a small team in preparing for studio recording sessions. Troubleshoot network connectivity with TS Staff and other issues related to streaming, videoconferencing, and production systems. Maintain positive relationships with multiple vendors and contractors, scheduling and managing their work as needed. Work with other members of the Communications and Marketing team on various tasks, ensuring a cohesive approach to content creation. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree, preferred in AV engineering, media production, or communications. At least five years of work experience in the multimedia production field. CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification, preferred. Strong technical skills in audio and video equipment, editing software, and graphics creation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing hardware/software issues. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in multiple AV languages and the ability to navigate complex AV terminology. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating impactful multimedia content for a non-profit Christian organization. Ability to travel 10% of the time.
