Provides assistance to the Product Administration team as it relates to both direct and assumed policy form development and document management system support for three Global Corporate Underwriting division teams (Regulatory & Filings, Product Administration, and Assumed Reinsurance Contracts). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Revising and formatting forms and drafting endorsements
  • Drafting policy forms and ancillary documents in support of direct products
  • Developing and improving the document management system that produces client company deliverables
  • Improving upon new and existing product templates

Managing the configurable content stored in our document generation tool (iCertis Management (“ICM”), a contract lifecycle management tool) in terms of clauses, templates, business rules, and identification of data elements required to manage the documents to support our client company partnerships.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working independently and within a team environment
  • Willingness to challenge status quo to propose new ways of working
  • Requires fluency with computers and technical solutions and comfort with, and enthusiasm for, learning new systems
  • Experience with contract lifecycle software is a plus
  • Experience with regulatory entities is a plus
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience with document management, configurable web-based applications, or contract lifecycle management tools is a plus
  • Organizational skills
  • Meeting facilitation in order to accurately gather business requirements from key stakeholders
  • Quick learner
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to translate business communicated requirements into system requirements
  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of how various inputs work together to produce final output
