Purpose: The Product Administrator position functions as key support for the Product Administration team by performing administrative functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process PO requests and approve invoices in Coupa.
  • Track containerized waste business using SharePoint.
  • Log and create profiles in third party vendor systems..
  • Compare disposal invoices against approved purchase orders to ensure CC is being billed accurately.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding service requests.
  • Assist Product Managers as assigned.
  • Provide general office and administrative support such as emailing, scanning, faxing, filing, and preparing/printing company correspondence letters.
  • Become knowledgeable with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • 2-4 years of business or customer service experience.

Requirements:

  • All applicants must pass the company paid substance abuse screening.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years' experience in the waste, industrial services, and/ or environmental fields a strong plus.

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see, and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Noise level of the environment is generally quiet. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
