As the Product Analytics Lead supporting the Middle Market organization, you will play an integral role in AXA XL's Mid-Market go-to-market strategy and drive the development of product and business insights to enable profitable growth within the Americas. Through this role, you will have a unique opportunity to deliver analytical insights through direct engagement with the business and its leaders, enabling key decisions using data that will propel our business forward. DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?Working in close collaboration with our business leaders, design and deliver innovative monitoring of our underwriting results across core operational areasLead deep-dive analytics into business performance and operational effectiveness to develop understanding of underlying drivers and opportunities to help improve performance and effectivenessPerform comprehensive market research and analysis to shape and inform segment go-to-market strategies when it comes to industry verticals and business development opportunitiesEngage on AXA XL's account targeting strategies and through thoughtful analysis, influence how we target business and interact with our broker partnersExplore external sources of industry data and third-party data offerings to enrich our insights into the market, benchmark performance and add critical insights to the UW risk selection and analysis processEstablish excellent working relationships with cross-functional areas, including Distribution, Pricing, Finance and Claims and collaborative effectively on projectsServe as a thought leader to our business by developing an approach to cultivate and disseminate market intelligence relevant to our business and strategy, ensuring that we can see around corners and ahead of market trendsYou will report to the Head of Product and Analytics. QualificationsSHARE your talentWe're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Extensive Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in the field of analytics or actuarial with background working closely with the business to drive performanceRobust analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and designed dashboards to tell stories with data. A deep intellectual curiosity and desire to understand underlying drivers of performance and results at great depths.Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience, and location.
