The Product and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that tell compelling product stories across all digital and traditional channels. By combining creative storytelling with data-driven marketing techniques, this role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through integrated content and marketing campaigns. The position requires experience in digital marketing, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to develop innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences and support the company's overall business objectives.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive product marketing and content creation strategies across all channels
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, and traditional media
- Manage content creation for product storytelling, including words, photography, and video
- Ensure consistent brand identity and product information across all platforms (print, social media, TV, podcasts, e-commerce, etc.)
- Create and maintain systems for content production, distribution, and maintenance
- Manage email campaign strategy and execution using platforms like Klaviyo and HubSpot
- Oversee organic social media strategy and support paid media efforts
- Evaluate and track key performance metrics across email, social, and online content
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, creative, and marketing teams
- Develop standards and best practices for content creation and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications preferred)
2+ years of progressive experience in:
- Direct-to-consumer marketing
- Product marketing
- Content strategy
- Healthcare, retail, or consumer products sector
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies
Digital marketing expertise, including:
- Performance marketing
- Social media marketing
- Content marketing
- Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Experience with content management, editing, and creation systems
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
