We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Product Associate who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. Primary Purpose: The Product Associate is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and report on industry trends, competitor activity for both finished goods and accessories. The Product Associate will work closely with the Sr. Product Manager on existing and new product specifications and feature benefit summaries, as well as helping guide marketing with pertinent attributes for cartons, web site, infographics and other media. This is an integral role that helps ensure all FNA products and brands are meeting FNA's Best-In-Class reputation, positioning, sales and customer expectations. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sr. Manager in defining product specifications and requirements to meet sales goals.
  • Support the creation of product items and related content, including parts and accessories.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure that products, parts, and marketing materials comply with brand and advertising guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Help develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications and project workbooks.
  • Collaborate with team members, including customers, engineers, and designers, to gather and refine product requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare and participate in meetings and presentations, contributing insights and updates as needed.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as required.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned, learning and growing with each opportunity.
Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of digital, retail, brand, channel sales and/or marketing background highly preferred.
  • Experience working with online and other retailers like Amazon.com, Lowe's and The Home Depot preferred.
  • Strong client services experience.
  • Must have a full knowledge of Microsoft suite of products PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls. English expected, Bi-Lingual communication skills in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask.
  • Experience within the power tool industry is preferred, but not required.
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in business management from a 4 year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
