The Product Catalog Specialist will be part of a team of data specialists that maintain our taxonomy, product metadata, digital content and knowledge management projects to sustain a customer-centric digital product catalog.

Responsibilities:

You will:

• Manage Product Specifications & Product Title approval for Printed & Custom Items within PIM
• Maintain rules and guidelines for various data fields
• Understand industry standards and best practices
• Perform granular data analysis
• Partner with our in-house photographer to maintain images
• Obtain artwork for use on our website
• Develop enhancements while keeping data integrity paramount and communicating exceptions effectively across all stakeholders.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000

Qualifications:

You have:

• Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Previous digital product catalog experience preferred
• 2+ years of taxonomy for various data fields
• Expert level proficiency with Excel
• Experience with Salsify, Inriver or other related PIM software a plus
• Experience or familiarity with web scraping tools a plus
