**Responsibilities** The Delivery Specialist focuses on assisting salespeople in delivering vehicles in an informative and accommodating fashion. The Delivery Specialist must be friendly, enthusiastic, articulate, and be a self-motivated team player, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Delivery Specialist must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays as needed.
* Must possess superior product knowledge and stay current on all available Mercedes Benz training including certificate requirements.
* Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Must be proficient in the demonstration of all Mercedes Benz vehicles..
* Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing a vehicle for delivery, the gathering of books, keys and documentation as needed for finance.
* Must complete a final quality inspection of the sold vehicle for cleanliness and condition before guest takes delivery noting any damages or discrepancies on delivery checklist.
