Job Description:
Job DescriptionThe Product Data Administrator plays an administrative support role, supporting and overseeing the integrity of newly introduced product data as well as data support for existing products. These duties include areas such as product data represented in specifications, competitive product data collection, customer EDI interfacing databases, and maintenance of digital documentation. This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Fort Smith, AR or Lewisville, TX. This position is an on-site position and you will perform this job entirely at our Fort Smith or Lewisville office.Responsibilities
  • Assists with competitive data gathering and analysis
  • Maintains digital documentation on Product Technical Support website (PTS)
  • Supports customer EDI requests for product data
  • Partners with Product Managers to update all Product Marketing support materials, i.e. Product Positioning matrices, Competitive Analysis, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit a high level of diplomacy, tact, and leadership
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
