Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI and visual design
- 3-4+ years of experience in fintech or B2B design
- Strength in visual, brand and product experiences
Responsibilities
- Shape the vision of how Kalder will build innovative tools that authentically mesh with strong customer brand identities
- Work closely with technical product / engineering teams
- Lead a team of designers to translate platform workflows into delightful, intuitive designs
- Push the boundaries of your team's UX/UI/visual execution and explore divergent concepts
