Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Product Developer to join our growing team. This role will require you to have a hands-on approach while supporting our Head of Product Development and design team with approvals, sample tracking, communicating with our overseas team and vendors, and organization of all electronic and physical records. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is headstrong, has a great eye for detail, and is highly proficient with adobe illustrator and photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Tech Packs for Socks
• Evaluate tech packs created by our overseas team to ensure comments are thorough, accurate, and complete
• Receiving development and PP samples and reviewing them with the Sales Team
• Reviewing development and PP samples with our factories and communicating with them any changes that needs to be made
• Submitting PP and development samples to licensor for final approval
• Maintain daily communication with internal and external teams to ensure production is on schedule
• Critical thinking and strategic analysis/planning with a holistic approach.

Experience and Skills

• A bachelor s degree in production management, Product Development, or a related field that demonstrates your dedication to the industry
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in apparel product development or production
• Highly proficient with adobe illustrator and photoshop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holds self and others accountable for work commitments and outcomes.
• High level of complex technical problem-solving skills to confidently influence decision making
• Impeccable time management skills with great sense of urgency
• Highly organized and detail oriented with great appreciation for accuracy
• Expert in understanding the product creation process
• Experience working in wholesale business with China
• Ability to proactively trouble shoot, and problem solve in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Collaborative attitude that proactively engages with cross-functional teams to achieve best results

Salary Disclosure:

Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the individual. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is $85,000 - $115,000, we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
