A beauty packaging company is looking for a Product Development Associate to join the team starting in October with the potential to continue through the end of the year.
HOURLY RATE
We have up to $35-$40/hour
LOCATION IS ONSITE
This position is ONSITE in Hollywood Tuesday – Thursday, hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
DURATION
3 weeks in October with potential to extend through the end of the year.
JOB DETAILS
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's development activities.
2. Assist with receiving, unpacking and logging incoming formula samples and helping to implement procedure and protocols as needed.
3. Prepare necessary outgoing shipments as needed.
4. File and maintain Product Development submissions in storage room.
5. Setup and organize product samples for PD Associate Manager review per brand as needed.
6. Prepare sample packages for internal product review protocols
Ability to:
• Plan and prioritize tasks with the guidance of the PD Associate Manager
• Maintain a consistent organized work environment and ongoing motivation to reach objectives under fast-paced demanding circumstances.
• Place online orders to procure product benchmarks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education/Experience:
No degree is necessary but would prefer a candidate with 2-3 years office administrative experience.
