Product Director (AI & Data)
Full-time, direct hire
Hybrid working, 3x time a week in Midtown office
$150k-$250k base plus bonus & benefits

The Product Director has accountability for creating the vision & strategy, managing the roadmap and executing on the product backlog working closely with cross functional teams across data engineering, data governance, data science and data analytics within AI & Data.
As well as the above, the Product Director will work closely with business partners across the organization to understand their business problems, and ensure that solutions being developed across the enterprise align with wider business objectives
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of product management experience, including developing and managing roadmaps, writing product specifications and managing agile processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with data & analytics products and experience with cloud technologies, data governance, data science and analytics.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience, including growing and mentoring a product team.
- Technology stack experience: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Power BI / Tableau.
- Prior experience using tools such as Confluence or JIRA.
- Experience in insurance products, asset management or wealth management a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, management and external partners.
- Bachelor's OR master's degree in a technical field i.e. Computer Science or similar.
