Department: Industry Services Team: Managed Services Location: Atlanta Position type: Full-Time About the Team This role forms part of a team of product directors reporting into the Senior Director of GSMA Managed Services. We manage end-to-end delivery of a broad portfolio of services that foster and protect growth of the mobile ecosystem with an emphasis on devices, networks, and information. Our work touches nearly all ecosystem participants including mobile network operators, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, insurers, and government agencies. Tyler Smith, Senior Director of Managed Services About the Role The Managed Services team is looking for a product director to manage, develop, and grow the GSMA Fraud Service portfolio by assessing market demand and managing development of new capabilities to support GSMA's Fraud prevention ecosystem. The product director will serve as a business owner responsible for the commercial proposition and end-to-end delivery within a matrix organisation and management of external vendors. About You You will have demonstrable experience in managing a product or service with responsibility for defining the commercial proposition, managing product/service development, and overseeing internal and external operations to ensure success. You will have prior experience working within a cross-functional team and a track record of achieving financial and operational targets at both an individual and group level. You will have a strong understanding of the mobile industry, particularly with an understanding of mobile network fraud schemes such as International Rate Fraud, Smishing, Subscription fraud and mobile device related fraud.
