Overall Purpose of Position:

• Product owner of IGBT, responsible for release all new IGBT platform.
• Drive the NPI by coordinating cross functions to finish the product development on time.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Make product development plan with the inputs from marketing and R&D, monitor the outcome, seek alignment throughout product development cycle; proactively drive project to meet target timeline
• Maintain product check list, coordinate phase gate reviews
• Make product qualification plan, monitor and report the results
• Coordinate engineering builds and evaluation, analyze and interpret the test results
• Participate in failure analysis and problem solving
• Support customer inquiries regarding datasheet or special characterization occasionally
• Support product quality incidents and coordinate engineering analysis occasionally

Qualifications:

• BS in EE or related engineering fields
• Understand semiconductor device physics, statistical analysis, failure analysis and basic circuit analysis
• 8+ years in semiconductor device fabrication and assembly process a plus
• Strong quality mind set, experience in APQP procedure
• Project management experience a plus
• Strong data analysis skills, experience in statistical data analysis tool such as datapower/eXensio/JMP/minitab a plus
• Hands on experience with lab testing equipment
• Results orientated problem-solving skills with basic data analysis
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Have a growth mind set and be open minded to learn
