Job DescriptionA partner of Insight Global is looking to hire a Product Innovation Strategist to join their growing team in Port Washington, NY. This person will work closely with the R&D teams and marketing teams to find gaps in the existing product portfolio and innovate new ideas and concepts to expand their product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying areas of growth and partnering with R&D to develop new products from start to end.Key Responsibilities :Innovation Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of innovative product strategies that align with the companys vision and market trends.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Ideation and Concept Development: Generate and evaluate new product ideas, concepts, and prototypes through brainstorming sessions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and key milestones for product innovation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve user experience.Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product innovation initiatives.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
