Tackling fresh, influential obstacles excites you, and you infuse your endeavors with fervor, understanding, innovation, and astute analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesImmerse yourself in an environment that's dynamic, swift, and groundbreaking, where daily progress sparks your enthusiasm.Conduct research and engage with stakeholders and users to discern product necessities and stay updated on market shifts.Oversee a prioritized product trajectory that aligns with the broader company vision.Report on project advancements at multiple organizational tiers, detailing timelines, progress snapshots, risk assessments, and release summaries.Allocate a part of your role to individual contributions, while guiding and synchronizing with product managers overseeing connected initiatives.Partner with tech teams to detail requisites, ensuring timely and strategic management of product backlog and release schedules.Compile exhaustive product documents, including flowcharts and user guides.Engage stakeholders, showcasing stepwise functionalities to pertinent departments.Offer guidance on build-vs-buy decisions, vetting vendors when needed and steering structured RFI/RFP processes.Define KPIs for product performance, clinical efficacy, and developmental prospects.Champion additional product development tasks as directed by the senior cadre.Collaborate with the Product Management unit and stakeholders to comprehend and actualize the product vision.Handle pivotal project challenges, escalating to higher-ups when necessary.Team up with relevant Clinical, Business, or IT leaders for seamless implementation, from UAT to deployment.In case of business oversight gaps, you may temporarily fill in until a permanent owner is appointed and oriented.Empower internal departments like sales and marketing with vital product insights.Essential QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 8 years in Product Management.At least 2 years in health tech, healthcare operations, or similar healthcare domain.Prior involvement with Agile development groups and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Familiarity with healthcare industry norms, including EDI standards.Experience collaborating with dispersed and remote teams.Proficiency in business software (Teams, Excel, PPT).Stellar written and verbal communication.Acute organizational and prioritization prowess; Project Management background is an advantage.Direct exposure to user story creation, backlog grooming, and requirement coordination.A user-centric perspective, grounded in data-backed decision-making.The agility to convert metrics into pivotal business calls.Adaptability in the face of change and ambiguity.Independent work ethic with adeptness in communicating across the organizational spectrum.#J-18808-Ljbffr
