Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Lead Support professional to oversee and manage IT system upgrades, ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and future-ready technology services. This role focuses on providing reliable IT solutions, resource management, and transitioning to a modern cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IT project management, regulatory compliance, and data management to effectively support system enhancements and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Leadership:
- Designate Product Leads (PLs) for assigned products, modules, models, and prototypes to interface with key stakeholders and user communities.
- Manage and define metadata and extract application-specific data using MS SQL Server Management Studio.
- Provide regulatory and policy expertise to support the assigned projects and applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with stakeholders to determine, recommend, prioritize, and verify implementation of adaptations, maintenance, and change efforts.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders regarding program policies and product implementations.
- Serve as a liaison to convey requirements between government functional owners and the contractor's program management team.
- Change Management and Data Support:
- Create and process change requests while supporting advanced ad-hoc SQL data requests.
- Assist government functional module owners in the change management process to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field with 10-12 years of specialized experience, or an MA/MS degree with 8-10 years of experience in IT management, product management, or related fields.
- At least 10 years of specialized experience leading DoD IT projects or enterprise-level IT products.
- Proficiency with MS SQL Data Warehouses, HTML5, and ASP.NET.
- Experience converting Adobe Flash code to HTML5.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in managing full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) programs.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale IT projects within regulatory and policy frameworks.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
