Job Description:
Client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented support person to become an integral part of the Filtration product line team supporting efforts around ensuring a clean online marketplace for our filter products.
This position will report to the Senior Product Manager- Filtration and will work with key business partners in product line, sales, and legal.
Key Responsibilities
As our Product Line Supporter, you will be responsible for assisting with efforts around maintaining a clean online marketplace for filters including:
Monitoring key websites for suspected counterfeit and/or non-genuine product listings
Product ordering for any suspect listings- tracking both shipment and delivery status
Coordination review of suspect listings and product with appropriate team members
Documentation support for any product deemed to be counterfeit or non-genuine utilizing templates and forms from our legal team.
Organize and label product samples obtained
Owner of excel tracker to maintain updated file with status of product reviews
Progress update communication to key stakeholders including Senior Product Manager and Legal team.
Knowledge/skills preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be a good planner who is very detail-oriented and has the ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to work independently, taking initiative to move projects to conclusion
Professional Experience & Qualifications
Experience working in MS Office Suite (Office, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience in administrative/support roles
Communication skills
Familiarity with navigating sites such as Walmart.com and Amazon.com
