You Are:

You are an experienced Product Manager with a passion for the semiconductor design and EDA industries. You thrive on creating product visions that address market challenges and align with the company's strategic goals. With over 15 years of direct experience, you possess a deep technical understanding of the IC design flow and have a proven track record in product management. You are a decisive leader who stays attuned to customer and market trends, adept in managing relationships with key stakeholders, and capable of driving product strategies from ideation to market success. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly, and your organizational acumen ensures the successful execution of product plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define the vision for signoff solutions that address market challenges and align with the company vision.
• Develop strategies to achieve your product vision within the context of customers, competition, and capability.
• Drive product planning and management with specific actions to implement the product strategy.
• Identify market trends and perform competitive analysis to drive product requirements. Develop clear and measurable MVPs.
• Manage the product life cycle from ideation, planning, delivery to roadmaps, streamlining value creation.
• Define the go-to-market plan, develop sales and product collaterals, create positioning that enables business growth and fulfills the product strategy.
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers and strategic vendor partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to exploit these new markets. Drive discovery and opportunity qualification.
• Capture value through data-driven pricing and strategic packaging.

• BS or MS with 15+ years of direct experience in semiconductor design, CAD, or EDA.

• Proven product management ability with a focus on business growth and customer adoption.
• Energetic leadership with a decisive style and attentiveness to customer and market trends.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
• Track record of launching, managing, and growing products.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent organizational and program management skills.
• Experience in the EDA industry is preferred.
