How is a Trainee Program different from an internship?
The Trainee Program spans 6 months and takes you on a journey through different teams and functions within specific tracks. We believe in giving you the opportunity to explore careers the gaming industry offers, before you decide where your passion lies.
What kind of experience do I need?
Previous work experience is not needed. We advise you to have up to 1 year of experience at the time of applying for the Trainee position, as we want to jumpstart your career in the gaming industry.
Is this a full-time Trainee Program?
Yes, this is a full-time position. We will provide flexibility when it comes to faculty obligations, such as during the exam period.
If you're passionate about identifying business opportunities based on data and gaming knowledge to make product strategies and roadmap decisions that will bring surprise and delight to our players, you'll be a great addition to our team! As a Product Management Trainee, you will get to collaborate with Game Designers, Engineers, Artists, Business Analysts, and seasoned Product Managers. You'll gain hands-on experience across various aspects of game development, from idea to release, while enhancing your skills in product management and cross-functional collaboration.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Strong Mathematical Skills: Demonstrated numerical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities.
* Gaming Passion: Regular player of mobile games
* Good Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
* Empathy: An understanding of user perspectives and needs
* Problem-Solving Skills: Takes time to identify and understand actual problems before jumping to conclusions
* Data Analysis and Manipulation: Basic proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data tasks
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive approach with innovative ideas and a passion for driving projects forward
* You're in the last years of studies
* You have up to one year of experience, preferably internship
* A passion for gaming and technology
