Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our Digital Experience team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital initiatives, driving the development and optimization of our online platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence, ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless, user-friendly experience that reflects the quality and service Raymour & Flanigan is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

* Create and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

* Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce product strategy aligned with business goals.

* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.

* Strategize product initiatives with stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize within your roadmap.

Product Development & Management:

* Execute a full-cycle process, from strategy and planning through execution and post-launch analysis.

* Implement a test-and-learn mindset, integrating testing into planning to ensure fact-based decision-making.

* Define clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.

User Experience & Conversion Optimization:

* Stay current with digital trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the digital experience team.

* Continuously analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

* Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance user experience and drive key metrics and meet business objectives.

* Ensure the digital platform is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and meets accessibility standards.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

* Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, lead generation and conversion rates.

* Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Management:

* Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.

* Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

* Motivate, support, and effectively lead cross-functional teams, working closely with designers, developers, and business development.

What We'd Like to See:

* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within eCommerce or digital platforms.

* Proven record of accomplishment of successfully launching and managing digital products or features.

* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design teams to deliver excellent user experiences.

* Demonstrated ability to define and realize product requirements, with a focus on mobile apps, websites, or connected devices.

* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders.

* Experience working in an agile/Scrum software development environment.

* Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day product management tasks.

* Diplomatic and tactful under pressure, with a proven ability to navigate and resolve issues with clients or teams.
