The TikTok Web Ads and Open-Loop E-Commerce team, part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization, is looking for a senior Product Manager, dedicated to building innovative advertising products for web ads and e-commerce clients. Our vision is to make TikTok the world-class platform for advertisers within these verticals by designing product solutions that drive their business growth within TikTok.Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and advertiser satisfaction for web ads and e-commerce clients on TikTok by developing highly scalable machine learning products.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions, from product conception to launch to ongoing optimization.- Analyze business challenges, identify client pain points, and prioritize product features to enhance advertiser activation, retention, and ARPA (average revenue per advertiser).- Lead the development of ad solutions that prioritize product-matching strategies to deliver a higher return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients.- Ensure compliance with user privacy regulations and promote responsible use of advertising signals.- Work closely with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and other teams to leverage signals and enhance advertising performance products.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, or Statistics.- 5+ years of product management experience within ad tech, with additional relevant technical experience.- Expertise in the ads ecosystem, preferably in delivery systems, with experience in taking products through the software development lifecycle.- Strong leadership experience within a fast-growing company, with a track record of defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for advertising products.- Ability to work effectively with highly technical teams and drive impact in a diverse global environment.- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative setting.Preferred Qualifications:- MBA or other advanced degree.- Experience and interest in working in a fast-paced or startup environment.- Strong understanding of e-commerce and web advertiser needs.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
