Job Description
The candidate will take responsibility for the following key tasks:
* Collect and analyze information in order to define strategy and product roadmap of eMotor and eAxle
* Understand NA market landscape and OEM insights to identify product gaps of eMotor and eAxle roadmap
* Perform quantitative market intelligence to determine market size/shares including identifying significant market trends
* Develop and improve analysis tools to create dashboards to demonstrate their capability and generate reports automatically
* Prepare in executive level/board presentation material incl. key findings
* Participate in strategy projects and supporting cross-functional teams working with business planning tools
Qualifications
* 3+ years in new product development defining product roadmaps and working closely with engineering in Automotive Applications
* Comfortable analyzing large data sets and explaining the results in a concise and clear manner
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
* Educational or working experience in Business fields preferred
* Experience in Electrification Domain preferred
* Experience in Cross-Domain Functions as Project Management and/or Product Development preferred
