Basic Qualifications
* 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
* 3+ years of experience in business or technical product management with strong data engineering or data science background
* Strong product development skills with a sound understanding of payment technology and other ecosystem requirements
* Prior experience with managing data product development in the banking or payments industry with an understanding of payments industry data is a plus
* Experience with Big Data & Cloud technologies, Hadoop, Databases and SQL
* Experience with agile and lean methodologies, and experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, analysts, and business partners
* Excellent communication skills with organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and drive results
* Aptitude to collaborate with engineering teams to build robust, reliable and scalable payment solutions
* Ability to think creatively to solve problems
* Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
* Advanced degree desirable
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 163,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
