About the team + role

Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You'll work with experts in data, design, engineering and operations to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance for all.

As a Product Manager for Robinhood Gold, you'll be responsible for our premium subscription product, which offers consumers an industry-leading bundle of benefits across our full suite of products. You'll work to develop new value props to introduce to the bundle, build a compelling end to end experience for subscribers, and drive the roadmap and strategy for subscriber growth and profitability.

What you'll do

* Work with research, data science, and design to better understand our customers and their needs out of a premium product

* Establish a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company, which meet the most important needs of our customers and the business

* Develop deep expertise on the economics of our subscription product and use that to guide the team's roadmap and strategy

* Work across the different product teams to create great Gold experiences throughout the app

* Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience

What you bring

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree

* 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer-facing products

* Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making

* Ability to focus on a problem at hand while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy

* Motivation to be a self-starter

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood's equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
