Cadent is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Product Manager to join the team to support the development of our Identity, Data and Measurement products. This candidate must have strong presentation and writing skills; a passion for turning customer requirements into software products; a strong sense for user experience; and the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the identity and data product vision for products that have significant impact to Cadent.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Contribute to delivering the company's strategic goals through new product and feature development
- Contribute to development of Product Initiative strategy, and creation of a clear roadmap for phased feature delivery
- Manage end to end evaluation of production support issues and lead the team through resolution
- Write detailed product requirements documents identifying use cases, workflows, UX and all business rules/logic required to understand how a feature will work and what problems it is solving
- Work with Engineering/Tech Leads to develop team implementation plans and manage team level priorities and decisions
- Lead and own weekly team level communications internally and to key stakeholders (internal) and customers (external)
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and organizations to understand the needs of the business and our key customers
- Collaborate with key functional stakeholders (including operations, sales, marketing, client services, support, engineering, and finance) to establish product plans, pricing frameworks, business cases and go-to-market plans for platform solutions
- Define, own and communicate product roadmaps and key business value delivery schedules
- Champion ongoing competitive, market, and user research to ensure product decisions are based on sound use of both qualitative and quantitative data
- Work directly with partners and clients to collaborate on integrations and cross-platform solutions
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the TV and Video Advertising space, including engagement with all segments of the customer base

Your skills and background:
- 2+ years' experience in a product management role
- Proven success in independently leading & managing projects, meeting deadlines and delivering business value through new product development
- Ability to establish relationships with all levels inside and outside of the company
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in writing, verbally, and interpersonally, with all levels in the organization.
