Role Overview

The Product Manager II role is a crucial teammate supporting a tool designed for our Supplier customers. The PMII offers insights into the invoice lifecycle, provides payment and remittance information, and includes an early payment feature. With a long-term roadmap, this tool aims to be a comprehensive solution for supplier customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced product manager who will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on customer insights to drive product positioning.

What you'll do

* Set long-term strategic objectives for product lines, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.

* Lead product lifecycle ideation, planning, and execution, managing complex dependencies and aligning development with business strategy.

* Develop a strategic vision based on deep customer and market insights to position products effectively.

* Measure and optimize key metrics for user engagement and retention across products.

* Align performance metrics with overarching business strategies, evaluating product performance throughout its lifecycle.

* Work collaboratively and effectively across multiple stakeholder groups spanning all functions of a large organization

* Ideate, discover, design, develop, release, and maintain enterprise software applications serving B2B customers

* Leverage AI capabilities to ideate, innovate, and automate existing processes

What we're looking for

* Experience: 5 or more years in product management, with a history of leading product teams and driving product strategy

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Additional certifications in Product Management or leadership can be advantageous

* Experience in the design of complex migrations with organization-wide impact

* Experience in the guidance on Service-Oriented Architecture design choices and architecture

* Oversight of a significant segment of the product portfolio with strategic importance

* Experience with UI/UX and best-practices design principles to enable a user-first mindset

* Demonstratable history of designing, developing, releasing, and maintaining scalable enterprise software applications that reach hundred thousand to millions of end users

* Ability to improve end user customer satisfaction by leveraging data analytics and AI tools

* Understanding of B2B invoicing and payments marketplace
