We are partnered with a fintech startup that provides innovative SaaS solutions designed for institutional investors. They specialize in advanced tools for financial analysis, trade flow management, and portfolio oversight.
They are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager/Business Analyst to optimize client onboarding, improve product offerings, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
--> Design and implement processes for efficient and effective client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our platforms.
--> Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features tailored to client needs.
--> Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
--> Serve as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and business units to ensure cohesive project progression.
Qualifications:
--> 3+ YoE in product management or business analysis with fintech
--> Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, direct responsibility for client onboarding
--> Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
Must haves:
--> Background in managing SaaS products targeting financial institutions
--> Experience with UX/UI principles
--> Understanding of software development life cycles and database management
