Our client is looking for a Product Manager for a Direct Hire role in Warren, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Transfers market or customer demands into specifications for new products and services
- Provides R&D teams precise and high-quality project orders for product development which can be transferred efficiently into Technologies and Products fulfilling market requirements
- Initiates, leads and/or supervises product development initiatives
- Prepares and executes product launches globally in a structured and professional manner, ensures product availability
- Implements and maintains an effective product life cycle management and evaluates COGS and Gross Margin of respective products and initiates appropriate measures
- Leads product-focused sales promotion initiatives, at customer sites and exhibitions in close collaboration with Market Management
- Provides sales support material (product presentations, selling guides, product flyers and catalogues, product samples and display material)
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar field required
- Minimum 5 years of industry related experience required
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience required
- Product know-how in the field of high frequency and microwave technologies required
- Minimum of 15% travel
