We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. You will work directly the head of the portfolio, domain Product managers of our front-end engineering teams, partnering closely with our design, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to lead delivery of new margin and commercialization opportunities. The Enterprise Platform and Experiences team is responsible for PayPal's Enterprise merchant suite of processing products, including PayPal Braintree and the PayPal Enterprise Pricing platform, that provide PayPal merchants with processing and post processing services to enable their commerce flows at scale. Our team is customer focused, and we continuously use customer feedback and data insights to optimize the capabilities and experiences we provide to PayPal's merchants.

Your way to impact:
As a Product Manager, you will work directly with one or more of our front-end engineering teams, driving requirements and managing the backlog to lead delivery of new features and enhancements to our merchant products. You will be a key partner across the PSP org, collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor product performance and use insights to inform prioritization of the product roadmap.
Your day-to-day:
* Product Management: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch. Work directly with one or more engineering team in an agile environment to deliver new capabilities to PayPal's Revolving Credit products. Responsible for managing the team's backlog, writing stories, and other typical agile processes.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
* Customer Insights: Establish key performance metrics and regularly assess the performance of credit products and features to inform product decisions and identify areas for optimization.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer service to ensure successful product.
What you need to bring:
* 2-5 years of consumer web or mobile product management experience
* Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products
* Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions
* Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments
* Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs
* Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
* Strong sense for visual design and detail
* Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
