Position Overview The Trafficking Channel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of campaigns across client web and mobile app digital marketing channels. This roll will support the optimal use of owned marketing channels and drive the execution of enterprise-wide strategies to deliver on the Bank's client deepening and growth objectives. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage daily queue of activation and deactivations of marketing assets.
- Review submissions, perform quality assurance, and manage portfolio review with channel partners.
- Support line of business special trafficking events across client web and mobile app digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate and influence partners to refine channel strategy to improve channel capabilities and results while ensuring quality and timely execution of marketing requests.
- Serve as liaison to technology development, targeting, platform, and offers management teams as needed.
Requirements
- Candidate should have experience with Adobe Target.
- Experience with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform is a plus.
- Must demonstrate an understanding of fundamental eCommerce disciplines including CMS, analytics, and testing.
- Must possess strong communication skills working with cross functional teams.
- Passion to leverage technology and digital media to drive outstanding customer experiences.
- Working experience with JavaScript.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an e-business or Digital Marketing capacity.
- Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and able to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work well independently and in large group settings.
- Must have Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
