About this role:

Gartner is currently recruiting for a Product Manager. This a critical role in our ongoing transformation of the Sales force delivering ~$6B annual revenue growing at double digits. We are seeking a product manager with a track record of leading ideation, design and delivery, and ongoing management of innovative technology tools and reports. The ideal candidate will have a product management background and demonstrated experience in fulfilling a product's vision. They should be technically adept and have experience working closely with development teams. This role sits within a fast-paced team and provides many opportunities for professional growth.

What you'll do:

  • Drive operational improvements and automation capabilities to improve efficiency, throughput, and quality across the technology delivery and deployment processes
  • Evolve the usage analytics to identify unknown/unforeseen user behavior and technology anomalies to further improve tools and quickly identify production issues
  • Support the required organizational change to ensure products are impactful at scale including change programs, communications, and trainings
  • Support in managing and influencing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and IT to champion the technology roadmap
  • Software product manager on the Technology and Reporting team that defines, delivers and supports the tools and reports for 6k+ global sales associates
  • Own the design and delivery, continuous ideation and day-to-day management of products within the Technology and Reporting portfolio - all products enable the successful execution of Gartner programs at scale
  • Support leaders on the development and delivery of the Sales Technology and Reporting roadmap
  • Own business requirement gathering, definition and prioritization and work closely with IT to define product delivery plans including resolution of day-to-day risks and issues that are obstacles to delivery

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
  • 3-6 years of experience with mix across business operations, technology or analytics; ideally 2+ years of consulting experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years supporting business processes related to industry-leading platforms
  • Mix of consulting and industry experience highly desirable
  • Strong project and program management skills; demonstrated track record leading cross functional initiatives
  • Proven track record of collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams across business and IT teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve business challenges
  • Subject matter expert on enterprise information system including an awareness of data models / data structures / data warehouses
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process; experience driving requirements and delivery with SCRUM teams
  • Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
  • Experience using industry-leading analytics platform (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) to design and deliver impactful business insights (ideally for Sales) at scale is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and implementing CRM solutions, such as Salesforce or other top-tier platforms, to drive sales and marketing effectiveness
  • Experience in customer support or service management, with a strong understanding of best practices for delivering exceptional user support and driving product adoption

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 115,920 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
