To help us continue to grow our offerings, we're in search of an experienced Product Manager. As an ideal candidate you're a highly skilled Product Manager with a proven ability to execute the full lifecycle of product production - from conception through release. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Specifics The specific responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
- Scope and prioritize initiatives based on business and customer impact
- Act as a product expert to build awareness and understanding of product offerings
- Create product documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, and business requirements final product development by UX and engineering teams
- Create user guides and coordinate training documents with cross functional teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Proficient in product and project management tools such as Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion to continuously improve processes and practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, computer science, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
